I should like to express my professional estimation of Hishuvim Berosh Tov Ltd. and its manager, Danny Kreisberg.  I want to point out that I completed my studies at the Technion in 1982 and since then have never seen such a high level of quantity calculations!

Based on my lengthy experience as a manager in the area of  entrepreneurship and contracting, including the construction of the toll road, number 6, Managing Director of Daniah Sivuv and Managing Director of Shikun and Benu’I from 2008-2015, I would recommend working with Hishuvim Berosh Tov.  I should point out in particular the simple, precise way they prepare bills of quantity, their excellent service, editing of the material and design of the highest standard.

I was very impressed by the clear thinking and the added care of all details, large and small, the division into the various sections, and in particular the way of presenting the visual plan for the various jobs that includes all stages of the work and provides a professional answer for each and every one of the various professionals so they can understand exactly the scope of their work, its content and at what stage they partake. The combination of visual plans and bills of quantities makes it possible for the entrepreneur and the implementer to think rationally and to prepare themselves for the project of their lives. I was taught that every project is measured by the following criteria: On  time (!) On budget (!) At specs (!). In all these spheres, I was fortunate to receive excellent service, at the required time, within the budget agreed upon and of the highest quality. The work of preparing the calculations of quantities takes the required time, but on the other hand, saves a great deal of time in carrying out the project.

So I therefore recommend working with Hishuvim Berosh Tov Ltd. in every project, both for a private home as well as for a public project.
