When we think about a bill of quantities for a project, we imagine many tables, hundreds, thousands of lines of terms, definitions and numbers. Many, many hours of work in front of a computer and paper, calculating and measuring, coming up with data and comparisons. When I need a bill of quantities, I get anxious just thinking of the amount of work required, the patience and the fear of missing out on one item or another.

Fortunately, Danny undertook one of the most important and most difficult tasks in a project, on the basis of which many critical decisions are made.

Danny created a tool and redefined the term “quantification”.  The bills of quantities that Danny prepares in combination with the visual information in colorful plans, and the attention to the smallest details enables me, as manager of a project, to conduct simple, purposeful control; they save a great deal of time and primarily present to the contractor, the client and the workers a clear, essential picture of the jobs on the project, of the anticipated costs—all of this constitutes an excellent basis for a tender.
