Totality and loyalty. The first two words that come to mind when I think about the service I received from Danny. The project is the construction of a private home on a large plot in Ramat Hasharon.  A project that is relatively uncomplicated from the standpoint of planning, but one that calls for sticking to very strict timetables for completing the work. To do so, it was necessary to precisely prepare the bills of quantities.

When I met Danny in his office, I knew at once that I had come to the right place.  An endless number of projects he had carried out sit in an extremely orderly manner in matching binders on the enormous shelves that encircle the walls of the office. When he showed me two projects as an example, I immediately saw his level of professionalism and the attention to detail.  I was enthralled by the detailed tables and the visual plans that simplify the project in a manner so clear and pleasing to the eye.

As if that did not suffice, Danny went on to explain each and every detail in the bill of quantities and the level of resolution required to obtain a precise assessment as a preparation for the contractors’ tender (down to the level of the number of mezuzahs in the house).  In addition, even beyond the requirements of the job, Danny accompanied me throughout the entire period of my indecision in the choice of a contractor. We spoke at length on the phone and also held a number of meetings until he felt his job had come to its end. I warmly recommend only Danny. All others are simply not professional enough.

I am certain I will work with him closely on my future projects.
